Not a cry for help, but an alert to Atlassian: mails from community-do-not-reply@em.atlassian.com are blocked because they actually come from khoros-mail.com and do not have valid DMARC settings. They are therefore blocked by email filters. Previously mails were fine.
Community members' email servers shouldn't ignore the failed DMARC test, as that opens them up to spoofing, so it rests with Atlassian to update their DMARC settings.

Thanks for that Anusha. Glad to see the team is aware of it. We won't whitelist that address though - it's too broad and would allow any organization relaying through khoros-mail to bypass our filters.

Yes, we're seeing this on our side too, and our IT guy I spoke to had the same advice re: the khoros-mail.com address.
