@Alexandre ANTOINE

Based on my understanding of your ask (assuming TEAM field is a custom field where user select at issue creation or AR for Jira Team field at issue creation), you should be able to using automation rule.  Please see example automation rule below -

In my example - I am testing against issue type of "Problem".  If the issue type check matched, then assign the issue to a specified user.  You can change it to meet your needs.

Please note - For the TEAM field (assuming you are referring to the field found in AR for Jira plan), then further customizations will be needed as it is not exposed to Jira issue by default.

Feel free to provide more details and questions in regards to our implementation in dealing with AR for Jira Team attribute in our env.

Hope this will get you started.

Hello @Joseph Chung Yin and @Albert Manuel

Thank for your answer

Sorry for the incomplete initial post :

Team is the Jira field used by Plans to manage capacity. It's unlock with premium version of Jira cloud

I can't create a new custom field of Team type

I create one team with only 1 user (me)

Here my automation rules

When I change Team value, automation log say "success", but nothing change for assignee

@Alexandre ANTOINE -

Ok.  In our env, we created a custom field (single select dropdown type - Note it is not Team type) with the same option values based on our AR for Jira plan.  At issue creation, this custom field is populated, then we evaluate the value and assign the issue to a specific user account.

Please note that you will need to make the Team defined in your AR for Jira plan as a Shared team and not private.

Hope this makes sense.

Best, Joseph

Hello Joseph

Thank for your reply, but my problem is different. I want to assign automaticly the issue to the user who's in the team. I don't need to create a new field to populate, except this field could be considere as "team" in AR and can show the capacity of the user

My team are define as shared in AR

Best regards

Hi Alexandre,

We will need more details on that, where do you select that team, and how? A screenshot will help.
