Need to make changes to business case for JIRA projects

We want to add a new list of drop down as below. Before we make changes into production we want to first see in UAT.

We also want to ensure when a business case is selected the new definition should pop-up.

It's not clear what changes you want to make here are.  Best guess is that you just need to add a new custom field for the "list" and make it mandatory.
