We bought a license for Agile Cards but the licens have not appeard after a week. How long is it supposed to take?

We had a evaluation license for Agile Cards that expired. We bought a real licens but it has not appered on Atlassian after a week, still only an evaluation license there.

How long time is itt supposed to take?
