How to Edit/Avoid/include certain fields when exporting a story to PDF/PDF(all Fields)?

Hi 

When we export a story to PDF(all fields), i see details of some fields that i don't need.  How to avoid it?  How to select only relevant fields?

or

when i export a story to PDF, i see details of some fields missing.  How do we include them?
