HeroCoders Achieves SOC-2 Type II Compliance

When you share data with us, you deserve clear proof it stays safe. After a rigorous audit, HeroCoders earned SOC 2 Type II Certification with an unqualified opinion and zero exceptions. Independent experts examined every detail of how we store, process, and protect your information, confirming it remains secure, private, and reliable. This certification gives you verified assurance that our apps continuously meet globally recognized standards for security, availability, confidentiality, processing integrity, and privacy.

What Getting SOC-2 Type II Compliance Meant for Us

We spent most of the first quarter of the year, and a little of the second, having our projects processes and documents audited. In contrast to the Type I certification (awarded to HeroCoders in September 2024) which required demonstrating compliance at a specific point in time, the Type II designation involves continuous monitoring and improvement.

The certification process, which included a review security controls, internal policies and supporting documents, as well as operational/compliance processes – provides assurance for our customers that our controls are effective now and will continue to be so in the future.
