New in AI Test Case Generator for Jira: Test Case Preview

We’re excited to announce a new addition to the AI Test Case Generator for for Jira, Xray and Zephyr that gives you more control over how test cases are created.

What’s New

The new Test Case Preview feature lets you review AI-generated test case titles before adding them to your project. Instead of automatically generating all test cases, you can now select only the ones that are relevant. 

How it works: 

1. When generating test cases, check the option “Review and select test cases before creating.”

2. A preview modal will appear with a list of suggested test case titles.

3. Select the ones that fit your needs and skip the rest.

Why It Matters 

• Efficiency: Keep your projects free of unnecessary test cases.

• Control: Decide which positive and negative tests are included.

• Focus: Streamline test management by generating only what you need.

Accessing Test Case Preview 

To use this new feature, make sure you’ve updated the AI Test Case Generator to the latest version:

1. Go to Settings in the top right header menu and select Apps.

2. Under Jira Admin Settings, select Manage Apps.

3. Under User-Installed Apps, choose AI Test Case Generator.

4. Select Update.
