Unable to Display Big Picture Profile Icons

Hello, I cannot view the profile icons of team members on the big picture, what could be the reason for this? Also, at the same time, my teammates who were in the project could edit their own tasks and manage their capacity planning on the Big picture, but now the “Resources” tab appears as (read only) for those other than the person authorized in the box admins. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You will probably need to contact Big Picture support directly if you are using a Jira Cloud instance. The problem may be with them somewhere (in addon). You most likely can't solve this problem yourself, because if you are using Jira Cloud, you don't have access to e.g. the logs or access to the filesystem to check image storage.
