I work closely with a lot of MSPs and MSSPs (managed security service providers), and one common pain point I often come across is that they usually struggle with staying aligned with their end clients since they use different tools, e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Azure DevOps, FreshService, ServiceDesk Plus, Salesforce, and so on.
Interesting to see that a big group of the users I talk to, are Jira admins and engineers who actively look for more efficient ways to make these disparate systems talk to each other in a common language.
Because when systems do not sync:
Tickets fall through the cracks.
Context gets lost, leading to miscommunication between the service provider and their clients.
SLAs are at risk and that results in unhappy customers.
