I am using Xray import to manage my testcases and getting error while importing test execution resul

I am using Xray import plugin to manage my testcases,now i am trying to import my test execution result which is in the xml format.I have already checked all the possible formats avaialble in internet for Junit xml and my xml format is in correct format .But while importing test execution result i am getting error "error importing xml execution results to database xray".
