Hi Team,
1) Installed Google SSO add-on in Jira v7.3.7
Add-on details:
Add-on Name: Google SSO for Jira
Add-on Version: 3.0.3
Add-on key: com.appfusions.googlesso.googlesso-Jira
Vendor: App-Fusion
2) Setup the Authentication between Jira and Google.
3) Enter the Jira URL (https://xxx.xxx.gi) in a mobile browser and click on authentication (Sign In with Google) then it redirects to the wrong URL.
https://xxx.xxxx.gihttps//xxx.xxx.gi/plugins/servlet/mobile#myjirahome
4) Logging in will result in an empty page, with this URL:
The site can't be reached
https://xxx.xxxx.gihttps//xxx.xxx.gi/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/PT-001 is unreachable.
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE.
Please suggest me on this BUG.
Regards,
Prasad
Hi Prasad,
yes at the first glance this could be a bug or a configuration Issue. I assume it's working fine on a Desktop browser? If so it might be more in the Bug category.
So your first port of call should be the App-Fusion's Support, to see if the can help you..
Alternatively, Google Supports SAML, there are a few SAML based SSO Plugins in the marketplace (including ours). Maybe worth to install a eval of one of these to compare results.
The below query will show you the available SAML Plugins in the marketplace. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=saml
Here is also a video, how you would configure our plugin against Google/GSuite.
Cheers,
Christian
Hi, @Christian Reichert (resolution) Thanks for your response.
Yes, it's working on the Desktop browser. And as per the document, i have configured Google SSO for JIRA.

Ok, I will check with the AppFusion support team and as well your plugin.
Note: You are stating that it might be a bug category in JIRA or Google SSO (Add-on)?

Prasad
Yes if it word on Desktop but not on mobile - the first router I would suggest is the plugin vendor. As it would not sound like Atlassian Issue.
Cheers,
Christian
