Reconfiguring Jira with power bi

Our jira interface was integrated with power bi a few months back , but however  after a jira backend update, the integration seems to be broken. Is it possible to set it up and running without admin rights . I need it to be updated automatically within a specific time period , so that I can create half yearly reports
