error portfolio for jira creating project

Hey,

After installing the Portfolio for JIRA Server, when i click on "Create Plan",  i get an error Entity Manager not accessible via AODoorStop.

 

What have I done wrong?

I think the amount of information here isn't quite enough to help solve the issue as it could have multiple causes, most likely related to your database.

I'd strongly advise you to contact support to help you figure it out: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ and providing them with a support zip (See instructions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/create-a-support-zip-790796819.html) as it will be required.
