Hi everyone, 👋

I’m Hamza, from Communardo Products.

Jira offers a wide range of possibilities for tracking and managing work progress, from boards and dashboards to reports and custom fields. Every team has its own way of staying on top of tasks, deadlines, and results.

Learning how others approach this can inspire us to discover new methods, optimize our workflows, and make better use of Jira’s features.

In today’s poll, I’d love to hear from you: How do you track work progress in Jira?

Please take a moment to vote and feel free to share in the comments why this method works best for your team. Your insights might spark new ideas for others in the community.

Thanks so much for participating and sharing your experience! 🙌

Hi!
Thanks for starting this discussion, it’s always interesting to see how different teams track work in Jira.

In our company, we tested a few different ways to monitor progress, but what really clicked for us was using the SLA Time and Report app for Jira. We initially adopted it to track SLAs for support tickets, but we’ve ended up using it more broadly. It’s especially helpful for identifying bottlenecks across workflows. It wasn’t the obvious solution at first, but it’s definitely helped us improve how we track progress, especially for time-sensitive tasks across departments.

Just thought I’d share in case anyone’s exploring similar options!
