Is there an easier way for updates and customizations made to an AIO Test Case form be made once and for those updates to apply to all projects within Jira? Or do these updates need to be made to each project individually?

Is there a template that can be updated or is there a specific Jira/AIO permission that needs to be enabled?

A Jira Admin can help you copy all the project settings (including permissions, custom fields, etc.) from one project to multiple projects.
