Able to change status in structure for some items but not others

I've created a structure that pulls in items from 2 projects.  For any item in the first project, I can change the items status as per the project's workflow.

For the second project, I am unable to change the issue status in structure. I even tried to create a structure that only used the second project and was unable to change the status. 

This second project uses a different workflow.  I am able to transition the issues elsewhere...IE via editing the issue.  

This makes me think that there must be some workflow or project setting that is influencing the behavior of structure.  I have gone over everything and have not been able to determine the cause.

So, I am hoping that someone else has experienced this .

When it comes to inline editing statuses in the Status column, Structure only supports direct transitions, i.e. changes that don't have any additional screen popping up. Perhaps, this is the reason why you're no able to edit statuses.

However, it's hard to say anything for certain without having a detailed look at your setup. Please submit a request at our support portal and we'll get back to you shortly.
