We're using Azure Devops for Jira (official one) and it mostly works alright. However, sometimes it refuses to recognize that a deployment happened. Even if I redeploy the same version on DevOps, nothing happens.
How do we debug this? Is there a hidden log where I could see what went awry? I feel very powerless when this happens, especially since it's usually working correctly.
