BigPicture Status aggregation

The Status column is not correct. For BoothSales, BigPicture indicates that 100% of tasks are In Progress. What am I doing wrong? 

The first picture is of my Home screen. 

The second and third pictures show that the Development and QA tasks are not 100% In Progress. 

On my Jira Software board, the statuses are mapped to the correct column.

Is there an additional "map status to column" setting in BigPicture that I need to fix?

Can you try something for me please?

1. Hover your mouse over the STATUS[STATUS CAT column header.
2. Left click on the wrench symbol on the right which brings up the Custom column popup.
3. Select the last option, Children status categories in %
