Can I integrate Xray and TestRail with a Jira (cloud) instance?

I have 2 Test Case Management Systems - Xray and TestRail. Xray is already integrated with Jira. Can I add another test case management system, like TestRail?

Yes you can. You can have some projects using Testrail and some using Xray. But please evaluate why you need 2 apps for the same purpose. Also, please be aware that there could be similar menu items provided by these 2 apps which could confuse or conflict.
