Cannot disconnect or add new Zendesk Support URL in Zendesk Configuration

I'm trying to configure the Zendesk Add-on to connect to my Zendesk Support URL but I'm having the issue of disconnecting the current support URL which seems to be stuck on "https://.zendesk.com" adn the disconnect link/button is greyed out.

I have checked my user permissions and I have the correct permissions to install and configure apps.

I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but the same issue occurs.

I have tried to configure it while on incognito and still the same issue occurs.

I have also tried it on Firefox and get the same issue.

Checking any of the boxes and clicking 'Save' gives me an Error which says 'Please select at least one ticket field' even though there are fields selected.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

Contact Zendesk in this case, they might have had the issue before on other Jira instances.

If they are not able to help, as its an issue on your instance, raise a support issue at Atlassian Support.

Community members can guide and help, but we can't get on your instances backed.
