Hello Community, we are currently doing a Cloud Migration and are experiencing problems with the app Capture for Jira. First, the migration got stuck at 0%, after which we canceled the migration of that one plugin.
We found this guide: https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CAPTURE/pages/3027501059/Capture+for+Jira+Server-to-Cloud+Migration+Guide and wanted to enable Register for Migration. However, when we do that, there is an error displayed saying Error while doing Migration, see screenshot. But there is no active migration running at the moment.
Does anyone have experience with that problem?

For migration issues regarding apps, it is best to contact the app vendor directly. I have noticed that the documentation page you linked yourself does have a direct link to contact support.
