Chatbox app installed but receiving lavbel issue when creating ticket

Hi, 

I've installed this app to connect with our AI bot to be able to answer clients questions before having a real human answer the questions. When responding back i get an error for labes, is there a real human i can talk to that can fix this issue?

So on creation using the 2rd party app this wants to set a label.

The labels field is not defined in the field configuration of the project.

Check the field configuration that is used on the project where the ticket should be created.
