Dynamic Form configuration not populating in portal

Taylor Chappell

I need to add a field to my customer facing portal and I'm using Dynamic Forms to have it show. I'm using the system field "Component/s". When I add it to the Dynamic Form, it just shows that there aren't any default contexts and I can't change that.

A custom field "Category" is already on the Dynamic Form and that seems editable. This was setup by someone else and I tried digging into it, but Component/s doesn't seem to be working the same. It's worth noting that on the Deviniti website that shows the example, they are using the "Component/s" field I'm talking about, thus I believe it should be possible.

Hi @Taylor Chappell

I believe everything depends on the app's version you are currently using as well as the app itself you use (Dynamic Forms or Extension for JSM as the idea of both apps is similar, but the place of their working is different). The best approach, as Fabian mentioned is to contacting our Deviniti Support directly via this link: https://deviniti.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/-1

We'll do our best to help you accordingly.

Kind regards, Klaudia from Deviniti
