Hi,
I have done integration of Freshservice with JIRA Service Management by using "Jira Software (On-Prem & Cloud)" from Freshservice Apps. Now it is possible to create a new ticket in JIRA or link existing JIRA ticket from Freshservice ticket, but it is a manual activity.
Need automation of creation of JIRA ticket when new ticket is being created from Freshservice.
Please suggest, how can we achieve this?

If above is not possible then, please suggest any other alternative for Freshservice and JIRA Service Management integration which will work bidirectionally. Like, creation of ticket in Freshservice will autocreate ticket in JIRA. Comments added in JIRA ticket should be updated in freshticket as well and vice versa. Status of Freshservice and JIRA ticket must be in Sync, and same for attachments.
