I am having issue with Zephyr Retrieve Mapping

Hi there,

 

We use Zephyr importer on a regular basis and at some point of time, back in June-July, Retrieve Mapping stopped retrieving fields from excel file.

The installed version of Zephyr : 

9.5.1.95109870

What could be a possible issue here? It seems that Zephyr just doesn't see the excel file
