Is AI Assistant feature is available in eazyBI for Jira Datacenter or only Cloud?We have jira 10.3.5

Please check the documentation page on how to enable AI assistants on eazyBI for Jira Data Center.
Assistants for eazyBI on Jira Data Center are supported starting from eazyBI version 8.1 and not enabled by default.
