I want to be able to export/extract Retrospective feedback from Easy Agile TeamRythm. Currently I don't see any buttons for this ability. Is there a way. Or at least I would like to be able to run a JQL query to retrieve the retro feedbacks. Currently, there doesn't seem to be any Type called Retrospective (similar to Story, Epic, Task etc.)
Hi @Jeyapradha Rajendra Sudarsan ,
May want to try also posting your question in the app and integration section to get different eyes on the issue.
Looking through the documentation. The only thing I saw was extracting the story mapping.

Might want to reach out to their support.

Thanks for your response @Benjamin. Will try the support.

Hi Jeyapradha,
Emilie here from the Easy Agile support team, thank you for your question about our Retrospective tool. Thank you Benjamin for redirecting Jeyapradha to our support team.
Retrospective data in Easy Agile TeamRhythm is not currently available outside the app. Completed Retrospectives with all feedback and action items can only be found by checking the Retrospectives on a team’s Jira board.
You are totally right, none of the retrospective “feedback” (retrospective items and comments) are created with specific field values such that they could be identified using JQL.
The only retrospective data that you could search with a JQL would be the action items that you convert in a Jira issue. To do so, you would need to create a custom issue type named "Retrospective".
We do have a story on our backlog to export and share retrospective data. I have linked the support ticket you've created to it and added a vote on your behalf. I will make sure we will reach out to you if we have updates on this topic.
Best,
Emilie @ Easy Agile support
