Issue faced while clocking timesheet in Jira

Hi Team,

My team uses the clockwork free in Jira to clock the timesheet. However, I have noticed that for 1 person in my team under one task under one project, when she is trying to clock 6 hours (for instance) out of 12 remaining hours, it gives her a message stating total 14 hours will be updated. Please check the screen shot attached.

Also, note I have checked with other ids on the same project, no issues faced. I removed the earlier task that was created and recreated a new tasks (and issue persists). Please assist.image (18).png

Hello @Sushmita Chakraborty

Adaeze, from the Clockwork Team.

The 14h 4m shown tells the user the total time tracked for this day. This means that the user has already logged some time previously, and adding the new 6 hours will bring the total tracked time to 14 hours and 4 minutes.

The Remaining time reflects the estimated time left on the issue after removing the 6h that will be logged.

If you have further questions about this or would like us to investigate further, please reach out to us here.

She is filling 6 hours for that day if you see the screen shot. How can she report 14+ hours on the same task on the same dy?
