Jira Connector to the System FORCAM

Dear Community,

I'm currently studying business informatics at a higher technical college and am in my last semester. Now we have to write a paper and my topic is "Rating of three ticketing solutions for FORCAM".

One of these solutions is the connector to Jira. Unfortunately I have not quite found all the necessary information regarding the topic.

 
I need to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the solution with Jira and compare it in terms of their technical, economic, and user-oriented aspects.

Does anyone of you have implemented or tested this solution in your company or have any knowledge about it?

Well, I tried to find something and only came across this:

These might be outdated. Also, their developer repo seems locked: https://github.com/FORCAM-FORCE-Bridge-API – looks dead to me...

ChatGPT seems to hallucinate a bit and extrapolate from just those two sources. Might be worth reaching out to the contacts listed in the PDF.
