Linked defects are not listed in xray test plan report

I have created a bug and it is linked to test plan but it is not reflecting in xray test plan report, is it a xray configuration issue?

Hello @Parveen Taj ~ do you have Defect Issues Types included in the report (Doc Generator config in Manage Apps section)?  I believe this is standard OOB but it's something you can check.
