Linking an issue type (Requirement) in JIRA to test cases in Zephyr Scale
How do we link a JIRA issue type to test cases in Zephyr? I'm specifically talking about a Requirement issue type I've created (could also be a Story) to test cases in Zephyr for traceability purposes and thus populate the standard Traceability Reports in Zephyr? (We are not using Confluence or any other plugins). We previously had a consultancy managing a different instance and they had this link but we can't see where and how to set this up in our instance. How else do the Zephyr Traceability Reports get populated without this link?
