Make the hourly record description field in Tempo Timesheets mandatory

would like to ask if there is a way to make the hourly record description field in Tempo Timesheets mandatory only in a specific Jira project

This is a setting in the global configuration that will affect all the projects.

thank you for your reply. Yes I know what you tell me. But I think that if you could decide on which projects to activate the function and on which others to exclude it, it would be a very useful feature for an excellent and fundamental plugin like Tempo Timesheets. Why don't you think about it and evaluate the change for future versions of the plugin? In the meantime, I congratulate you again on the excellent work you have done so far.
