On detailed Jira ticket view, in the dropdown that appears on-click of the +, tooltip blocks 2nd li
We use TestRail integration with Jira. On detailed Jira ticket view, in the dropdown that appears on-click of 'Apps', tooltip for the 1st list-item blocks the click on the 2nd list-item. See attached screenshot that has my mouse hovering on the 1st list-item and the tooltip for the 1st li blocks the click of the 2nd li.
