How can I access Planning Poker in JIRA. When trying to access shows messages 

"Oops.. No license was found

Please, start the Trial

or contact your Jira Administrator"

Asking as Barbara pointed out there are several planning poker apps and would also go with her advice to reach out to your Jira Administrator as you could've been using a trial version where the license expired?

Also is this Cloud or Datacenter?

@Smitha Joseph This is a 3rd-party app available in the Atlassian Marketplace that you need to purchase or start a trial. You will probably need to go through your Jira Administrator to purchase and install the app in your Jira instance.
