Question on Structure Array

We have a field name labels which we use to tag our features. The label indicates the team which is working on the feature. In my structure view, I have created a hierarchy with Portfolio epics, Program epics and features. 

I tried grouping by labels first but since labels (of team name) exists at level 3, I am not able to filter out the portfolio/program epics by a specific team.

So, I am now trying to create an array of labels at the portfolio level using command

ARRAY#strict{Labels}

However, its not producing any results. I tried changing the parameter to status and other fields and it worked fine. But just for labels its not working.

Any thoughts?

I was able to achieve it with JOIN function.
