503 CloudFront distribution error using Xray rest API

Hello,

We face this error when trying to reach Xray endpoints via Rest API.

"The Lambda function associated with the CloudFront distribution is invalid or doesn't have the required permissions."

The request is remitted after receiving the access authorization token and was working until few days ago.

What can be the reason for this error?

Answer accepted

It was because of incorrect token value. Ticket can be closed
