Calcular tempo que o chamado está aberto

Boa noite, 

Gostaria de saber se tem algum filtro no jira ou JQL que consiga trazer quanto tempo o card tá aberto ou quanto tempo falta pra ele atingir o SLA.

Exemplo: Chamado foi aberto 13h00 e faltam 4 horas para ele estourar o SLA.

if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the time remaining of your SLAs (along with many other SLA-related columns).

This is how it looks in action:

As you can see above, you can easily sort and filter by your SLA's remaining time, and also use it across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.

Of course, you can also export your data to XSLX (Excel or Google Sheets) or CSV in just two clicks.

This all just works - there's no scripting or automation whatsoever required.

Você pode fazer isso sozinho, pegando a data de criação do cartão e somando as horas dependendo do SLA que você tem que realizar e com esse filtro talvez eu possa montar um dashboard com um gadget bidimensional ou torta para você veja. os resultados, você pode tentar
