I am trying to use the free version of JIRA with XRay add-on free trial as we are only a 5 member team but wondering if I would be required to buy a licence afterwards.
If so how much is the X-Ray Test Management add-on going to cost per user?
Yes, you can install Xray on the free plan of Jira. Once the trial period is over you do have to get a license for Xray, and for up to 10 users that would be $10/month or $100 annually as you can see in the Marketplace listing under the Pricing tab.
