Can't we directly purchase an yearly subscription for Zephyr scale in JIRA?

Zephyr scale charges 10 USD per month and 100 USD per year, but, in billing scale, it just shows 10 USD, monthly chargeable cycle

Apps are paid in the same cycle as the core product, however for free plan there is no option to pay annually in advance.

To switch from a monthly Free plan to an annual subscription, you have the option to upgrade to either the Standard or Premium annual plan.

But, we are a team of 9 members and Free plan seems feasible compared to Standard/Premium plans for us instead. It would be helpful if you could suggest any possibilities of purchasing annual subscription for Zephyr app integration to JIRA

Hi Samanth - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For all apps added to Jira Cloud, the changes for the app are done based on the number of users in your instance, or if a free instance, the amount the app has chosen to charge. From within your Jira site, click on the Apps menu option in the top nav bar and select Explore more apps.

Once on the Atlassian Marketplace site, search for Zephyr Scale and click on the result. You will see the estimated cost in the upper right.
