We have both licences for Jira & Zephyr Scale but suddenly I cannot execute any or add new test cases from Zephyr scale into my Jira ticket.
I would check the Zephyr Scale permissions in the project to make sure they haven't changed, and also check that your own Jira permissions haven't changed - Zephyr Scale inherits certain permissions from Jira.
