Hi all,

I try to use Tempo Planning to get a better overview over teams capacity.

For that I created a team. Team member have different Workload Schemes assigned to them. Some team members working also on other teams. To reflect that I assigned them "Commitment" values less than 100%.

When I have a look on the Teams Capacity, the Team FTE value seems to ignore the different "Commitment" values of my team members taking only the Workload Schemes into account but assuming "Commitment" to be at 100% for all members.

Can you confirm that? This seems to me like a bug.

Thanks,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,

Thank you for reaching out. We've noted the issue with team commitments not appearing in the capacity reports, and we're actively working on a solution.

In the coming weeks, we'll be rolling out phase 1 of these improvements. This update will ensure that team members' commitments are accurately reflected in what we're now calling the "Team Member Capacity Report." This revamped report, previously known as the "Legacy Capacity Report," will be accessible from the Tempo Reports section and will include updated capacity data to better reflect commitments.

Please stay tuned for the release. We appreciate your patience and are excited to bring you these enhancements soon.

Thanks,
Mayank
