Dashboard Hub Parent Field Not Working?

The Parent field in Dashboard Hub isn't working for me. It's just showing the same key as the currently listed key:

JIRA-1 show's the parent as JIRA-1 instead of JIRA-7 (or whatever the Epic/Initiative is supposed to be).

Is this happening for anyone else? How can I fix it?
