Error Importing Xray Test Execution result

I am using pytest and junit xml for importing the results to xray

I am using the powershell script given here https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Using+batch+and+PowerShell+scripts+for+Continuous+Integration#UsingbatchandPowerShellscriptsforContinuousIntegration-SubmitJUnitresults 

i have done the changes in confttest.py as mentioned here

the script was working fine before
now however i am getting 400 bad request. no changes were made that should have impacted how the script works.

however just to make sure i reverted all the changes and executed this with the last working checkpoint and still i am getting 400 bad request
