Get Jira data for excel plugin can't export status transition

This week I can't export normally Jira data using "Get Jira Data for excel" as my selected fields contains status transition columns.

It works fine if I remove them !

This feature was working fine sine 1 week.

No errors , just keep loading with message "importing from ..."

I've managed to replicate issue on our sites. Although there's no open bug related to this, I've reached out to the Support team to take a look at it.

I'll forward any info as soon as I get it.

the case just fixed and the report export works fine now.

Hello, is there a bug ticket for this issue? I am also no longer able to import 'Status Transition' data using 'Jira Cloud for Sheets'.
This was working the last time I used the sheet in Dec.

@Tim Davis I've tested import this morning and it was working fine (as @Mohamed El-Berbawy also mentioned). However, I've reached out to the Support team and they should be looking at it as we speak. I suspect they might be creating new Bug on the JAC if they manage to replicate the issue. I'll share any updates as soon as I receive them.

I am writing to inform you that I have received an update from our backend team regarding the recent issue with the "Status Transition" field. The problem was caused by some changes made on the backend, which have since been reverted. As a result, the Jira Cloud for Excel add-in should now be functioning correctly.

Hi Tobi and everyone,

I came across this post as I an experiencing a new issue regarding trying to pull out Status Transition data into Excel (via Jira plugin). I have noticed a new issue (since December) whereby the status transition data is truncated: as in, not all status transitions are being pulled out into Excel. For example, I have stories that started in New > Refinement > Dev Ready > etc. etc. but for no apparent reason, the status transition for a story is not pulling out the first few statuses. There seems to be no consistency either - some stories all status transition history is pulled, some start in the 3rd status, some in 4th, etc. I wanted to commented on this post because possibly this could be related to whatever the issue was in January?
