Hi.
I`m working with Jira Cloud and Zephyr (Squad) for test management.
I have about 20 test cases (Zephyr ``Test`` issues) that I need to link to a single Jira issue (e.g., a Story or a Bug).
Is there a way to perform this as a bulk operation, so I don`t have to link each test individually?
Additional context:
* Jira Cloud
* Zephyr Squad
* I`d like to link them as `Tests` under the target issue
Linked work items as a bulk operation
This is a great question indeed!
Yes, you can link existing issue with a bug or user story in Jira.
Pre-requirement: You should have already created issues they exist in Jira.
Step1: Press the Comments of the issue where you want to link other existing work items.
Step2: Tap on "+" and select "Jira Work Items"; it will open a subsequent pop up to filter existing work items.
Step3:
Choose the values from the top DDLs and keep filtering till you reach your desired issues. Once you are happy then press "Insert Issue" button.
The inserted Jira Issues will look like the below image.
The above steps will allow you to add all the issues of any particular type (bug, user story). The above steps can be repeated for each type of issues.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Yes, you can attach all the issues to one defect/user story by following the below steps.
Display the item that you want to apply the links.
Start your comment and tap/click on the " +" symbol to get the list of elements >> then click on Jira Work Items widget.
It will open up subsequent pop up where you can select your work items (any type, status, assignee) using top DDLs displayed on the top of the pop up. Once you are happy with the filtered list of items then you can Insert work items.
Once you have selected all the issues, they will look like as below.
