Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I would like to ask about ScriptRunner: Right now, we are looking to acquire Jira Service Management as our incident management platform. We have a limitation with automation, so I decided to try 'ScriptRunner'. However, I see that even though I create the so-called 'Behaviours,' they are not executed in any way, and it doesn't even leave logs (within the Logs section). Could it be that this application does not work in Cloud environments, or am I limited because of my free plan? If anyone knows and can help, I would really appreciate it.
Let me know if you'd like to adjust anything!
Hi @Jim Knepley - ReleaseTEAM @Joseph Chung Yin in the photos you can see the configuration that i made and still no working
For ScriptRunner for Jira's Behaviors component, keep in mind that it also has some limitations for the Cloud env. The component works well in the DC env, but not all the functionality are implemented for the Cloud env. Take a look at this vendor documentation on the feature parity - https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/scriptrunner-migration-to-cloud/feature-parity-and-script-alternatives#:~:text=Behaviours&text=Atlassian%20created%20an%20API%20called,selected%20individually%20in%20the%20configuration.
Lastly, please provide more details on your ask as related with Behaviors setup that is not working for you. Without it, it is hard to assist further.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin

It sounds like the script listener isn't configured the way you intend. It's difficult to say for sure without more information about what you're trying to implement.
