Hi All,
I have created two views (PM View and Team View) for my structure. PM View is the default view. When I select the Team View and share with my colleague, he is still seeing PM view by default. My understanding was that sharing it thru 'Share' option, shows the selected view. Am i missing anything?
I tried it on my laptop by opening that link on a different browser and i also got the same result i.e. it opens the PM View. But when I use same browser then it opens Team View.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello @AMIT GULATI
When you share a structure via the perspective link, the 'Perspective' view is used in it when the link is opened. Since views have their own access permissions, a selected view might not be accessible by a user who the structure is being shared with, so the 'Perspective' view is being used instead. The 'Perspective' view contains the same set of columns that was used in the structure when the perspective link was created. I.e. in your case, if you select the Team View, create the perspective link, and the user opens it, then the 'Perspective' view should display for that user the same columns as the 'Team View' has.
If your goal is for the user to specifically see the 'Team View' view, then they would need to select this view in the structure themselves (after this view is shared with them).
I hope this helps. If you have more questions about Structure, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.

Thank you Stepan. I understood but it is confusing for the user to see different columns while view name is different. So, we probably will stick to sharing with the url and ask the user to switch the view.
One related question is that, is there a way to preserve the column width while sharing the structure board? Currently, when I share, user doesn't see the width as adjusted by me and they need adjust the width. So, if I am sharing with 10 different users, they all need to make the adjustments.

No, the width of columns can't be shared; it's a local browser setting. Users can have different resolutions, so the width is adjusted individually by each user according to what works on their screen.
Best regards,
Stepan
