In our organization, we often deal with changes in requirements for test cases. Before switching to Xray we documented test cases in a big markdown repository, that we also connected with Bitbucket. For any feature, we created a "test cases" ticket and created a branch in our repository where we added new test cases and changes existing ones. If 50 test cases had to be changed, the reviewer was able to see all those changes in 1 big PR.
With xray (enterprise) we solved these changing requirements by being able to create multiple test case versions. However, now with xray, the reviewer has to open every single ticket and review the changes made to the test case by comparing the 2 versions, this of course takes MUCH longer than reviewing 1 big PR.
My question here therefore is if there is a possibility to see all changes of a specific group of test cases in 1 place, similar to a PR review, and generally, how xray can deal with changes in test cases and their reviews.
Hi @Julian Kiefer ,
that's not currently possible but it might be a great idea actually. I've used PRs before and I do love the idea of seeing everything in one place. In this case, we would need to define what makes the basis for the comparison as versions are tied up to each test case individually. The basis could be perhaps a given timestamp.
I suggest to contact Xray vendor and raise an idea for that.

Hi @Julian Kiefer - welcome to the community
as far as I know and couldn´t find an appropriate information in the documentation there is no option that could do this out of the box.
I´d rather suggest to reach out to vendor´s support to get first hand information or maybe a way how this could be solved.
