Need custom field

Need a custom field that  can accommodate all these 6 columns . Is it possible to have drop down field or any other field where in the user can select the number  Row for Version Number 1 and its associated columns are selected automatically.

@Garden16_ Have you considered Table Grid Next Generation as a possible solution?

I have script runner. Is it possible to create a table grid option using script runner or any other way using JIRA regular out of the box custom fields.
