Tester uploaded screenshots using snipping copy/paste at Test Execution Step level.

However, clicking on evidence from respective step throws error:

• Go back to the previous page
• Go to the Home Page

From Execution Evidence section, if we click the attachment to view the image, it shows: 

However, clicking on evidence from respective step throws error: The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.

It is not happening for all users and only to specific users randomly.
